Your signup process will take less time than it will take to read this page!
- You’ll complete a 1-minute form with information about your organization and primary contact.
- We’ll send you an email with a link to provide more information and to pay the initial $150 of the design charge via PayPal.
- We’ll review your information.
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email with login details for your Website-in-Progress board, where you can track the progress of your website, comment on any part of the project, and ask questions.
Phase 1: The Look
- If you haven’t already, you can choose a base concept for your website from one of our predesigned styles – this provides the bones of your site; your website will be completely customized with colors, fonts and graphics to match your brand. (The sidebar on this page shows our base concepts and demos.)
- Select your colors and fonts.
- Tell us what pages – up to 12 – you want to include in your website. (Complete Website Subscription plans have unlimited pages.)

- Upload your logo and current marketing materials for us to match colors, fonts and other details.
- Tell us a little about your organization and we’ll suggest a ‘look’ for you, along with colors and fonts.
- We’ll get information from you about your domain name. If needed, we’ll provide a list of available domain names that match your organization.
Phase 2: The Content
- Send us the content – copy/text and images – for your website.
- You can give us anything you have, whether it is finished or not. For a minimal charge, we’ll rewrite copy for you and clean up images.
Phase 3: The Website
- We’ll post a private, login-only version of your website for you to review.
- Your initial website will have suggested navigation menus, sidebars and, for scrolling websites, front-page panels, which you can approve or request changes.
- We’ll introduce you to the basic steps of managing and updating your website, and give you a risk-free ‘behind closed doors’ area to learn (while we keep a backup in case, well, you know).
Phase 4: We’re Going Live!
- After you have approved your website and paid the final $245 of the design charge, your website will be posted to the public side of our servers.
- We’ll help you point your existing domain name to our servers, or register a new domain for you.
- We’ll submit your website to Google and other search engines.
- We’ll install Google Analytics on your website so that you can track your website visitors.
- You take over management of your site (if you are on a Regular Website Subscription plan), but if you have questions, we’re an email or phone call away.
- If you are on our Complete Website Subscription plan, we’ll provide the format for you to provide your weekly website update to do list.
- The first month of your website subscription is on us. After that, your website subscription will be $49/month ($124/month for the Complete plan). We prefer that you keep a credit card on file with us for your monthly subscription (PayPal is also acceptable), but if this presents a hardship, let us know and we’ll work with you on a solution.
